BIO

I am a busy, gregarious, and generous guy.  Born and raised in Michigan. That's where most of my 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and 5 nieces and 5 nephews live. We really have a blast when we get together.  As a kid, I LOVED playing ice hockey and I am a fan of the Detroit Redwings and San Jose Sharks. In 1974, right after graduating high school, I joined the US Air Force. In the Air Force I worked on radar and navigation systems. In 1980 I went to work the US Postal Service. College was a LONG part-time journey culminating in a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.  In 1990 I got my real estate license and helped many people buy and sell property in the Sacramento region. On Nov 2, 2012 I retired from the US Postal Service and now I dedicate myself full time as a real estate agent! In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, biking, going to the gym, socializing, gardening, and going to fundraisers. I am also an active member of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce. And finally, a special thank you to the  Rotary club of Fair Oaks for selecting me President for the 2013-2014 year. It was a great experience and we got lots of things done in the community.

I have known Mike for years. He has successfully completed 4 transaction for members of my family and an additional 4 for me personally. I feel he is honest and I value his low pressure approach and his philosophy that he's not just looking to complete one sale , but rather that he's building a collection of clients who will return to him over and over.

Michael went well above and beyond the call of duty in the process of not only selling my house but helping to make improvements and with assistance moving and related matters. He was awesome.

Michael understood our needs I both buying & selling our home. Very good referral source for handymen etc. Even assisted on moving day almost all day! He is also a personal friend so I don't think he does this physical labor for all Of his clients but went above & beyond for use actually helping movers move us in.. He also provide us with boxes which was very helpful.. A kind & generous man

Mike met my expections. Very professional and honest. I have done business with Mike before and will continue no matter what agency he works for.

Mike thanks for a great job selling my 91 year old mothers home. You helped us get the inside painted and repair a few items. You identified the correct price and held an open house at which we received three bids that exceeded the asking price. Finally it was three weeks from the listing day to the day it was sold and closed.
